You do not need ID to register
You do not need proof of identity, proof of address, immigration documents or an NHS number to register. Having an NHS number can help us match your records. If you have no fixed address, ask reception for help.
Help with registration
You can ask reception for a paper form or help completing your application. You can register a baby or child too; the team can explain any questions about parental responsibility.
If you are staying locally for a short time and need care, contact reception about temporary registration.
