Order a repeat prescription
Use the NHS App or Patient Access to request medicines that are on your repeat prescription list.
If you cannot order online, bring your repeat prescription slip or a written request to reception. Only request medicines you need.
Order before your medicine runs out. Contact reception to check the current processing time, and allow additional time for your pharmacy to dispense it.
Collecting your medicines
Choose the pharmacy where you would like your prescription sent. Tell us if you want to change your nominated pharmacy. Contact your pharmacy to check when your medicines are ready.
Questions or a medication review
For a question about a prescription or to arrange a medication review, contact the practice online or phone 020 8904 3883. A pharmacist can also advise about medicines.
Do not stop or change prescribed medicine without advice. If you are running out and need help urgently, contact the surgery, your pharmacist or NHS 111 when we are closed.
