Appointments
Contact us online, by phone or at reception. Tell us what you need help with so the team can arrange the right care.
| Day | All three access routes |
|---|---|
| Monday to Friday | 8am to 6:30pm |
| Saturday and Sunday | Closed |
| Bank holidays | Closed |
These are the hours for reception in person, telephone contact and submitting online requests. Appointments are arranged after your request has been assessed.
What happens next
The practice assesses requests according to clinical need. Clinically urgent requests are dealt with on the same day. For a non-urgent request, you should receive an appropriate response explaining the next steps by the end of the next working day. This may be advice, an appointment or another service; it does not necessarily mean an appointment that day.
Your appointment
Tell us if you prefer a particular clinician or a face-to-face or telephone appointment. Let us know about any interpreting, communication or access needs. We will discuss the options available.
If you need an evening or weekend appointment, ask reception about local extended-access services.
Change or cancel an appointment
Call 020 8904 3883 during opening hours. You may also be able to cancel through the NHS App or Patient Access if your appointment is shown there. Please cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend.
Home visits
If you cannot attend because you are housebound or receiving end-of-life care, phone reception as early as possible. A clinician will assess your request and decide the most appropriate care. Do not wait to request help if your condition is urgent.
