Accessing services for someone else

A parent, family member or carer may be able to access services on another person’s behalf. This is called proxy access.

Contact reception to discuss consent, parental responsibility or other authority to act. Access is assessed individually and may change as a child becomes able to make decisions about their care.

Use an authorised proxy account rather than sharing passwords. For urgent care, phone the surgery and explain who you are calling about.
